Hi, I’m Kauser, born and bred in Leicester, passionate about marketing and building relationships. I might not fit the usual extrovert Marketing Consultant image, but I am a hard worker and I believe in getting results.  

Gaining a 1st class BA (Honours) in Marketing Management, with a special acknowledgment from the Chartered Institute of Marketing displays my ability to get the best results and since this, I have continued my professional development by attending courses and always keeping up to date with the changing industry. 

Over the years my career path has led me to experience many different fields, which have enabled me to use my marketing knowledge. This has involved supporting organisations in projects from branding, event management, website development, social media, digital communication amongst others. 

I found after working for a range of small to medium size businesses (SME’s), that there is a need to support these organisations, not just on the work they undertake but also by working with them to draw out the best from their business. My niche is that I am able to set up a bespoke plan using the skills I have developed over the years and use these to incorporate my ideas in order to assist them. 

Many businesses want to grow but they are not always in the fortunate position to hire new employees to assist with the growth. Instead they find themselves in a giant web of service providers trying to sell them the world. Some have fallen into the trap of investing and not always being fully satisfied with the results; others just want someone to direct them.  

This is how Input was born.  

My aim is to work with individuals to look inwards and review what they have and how they can make the most of it and then work on strategies to support them to grow and survive – all it takes is a little bit of Input.
